Forest Bathing in Slītere National Park

A 12-week educational curriculum exploring shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) through guided immersion in Latvia's protected coastal forest. Participants learn sensory awareness techniques, forest ecology, and breathing practices grounded in both scientific research and traditional woodland knowledge. Over 85 participants across four seasons have completed the program.

We've collaborated with three heritage sauna facilities to preserve and share these practices.
